Hey, @focused_Captain2196.  Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your account, and I can confirm that the data from your personal profile was not moved to the Business profile.

You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3Y9U2jH) with your personal profile and export your presets. 

For the rest of the data, there isn't an option to migrate your data directly; you can use the Lightroom Downloader to download all the images: https://adobe.ly/45jXQTe;
