Notifications won't show

Hi,

The notifications won't expande on my desktop LR. I tried everything I found here, on this community, but it doesn't work. When I click the notifications button it does nothing at all.

Could someone guide me please?

Thanks for sharing the details and the screenshot.

Since you're on Lightroom (cloud-based) version 9.0, I'd recommend starting with the following:

• Please update Lightroom to version 9.1, which was released today.
• After updating, if it still doesn't work, then try resetting Lightroom preferences. Quit Lightroom, then relaunch it while holding the Shift + Alt keys. Confirm the reset when prompted and then relaunch the app to test again.

If the notification panel still doesn't expand after these steps, please let us know and share a short screen recording showing what happens when you click the notifications icon. That will help us review this further with the team.
