P: Use NPU for Denoise like other software does

Please speed up denoising in Ligthroom on Windows on Arm by using the NPU. Other software companies like Topaz can do this, why not Adobe?

sorry, make that "on Copilot+ PCs" since non-Arm Copilot+ PCs have NPUs, too.
