IA não está disponível no momento

Não consigo clicar para fazer a expansão generativa e se seleciono algum objeto para modificar com a IA aparece que o recurso não esta disponível no momento, mas eu ainda tenho créditos

What version of Photoshop are you using? Also, are you on a personal subscription or a business or school subscription? If it’s a business or school plan, your account administrator might need to enable these features for you. Here’s how to reach them https://adobe.ly/3YP255X
If that doesn’t sort it out, try checking whether you have a VPN or antivirus running and temporarily turn it off to see if that helps. You may also need to allow these Adobe network endpoints for the feature to work properly https://adobe.ly/49wV9z7
