Online Photoshop file will not save

I have a project that I have worked on in photoshop (web/online) and I am unable to save the project, download the file, or "export as..." to save it a different way.

I am worried about closing the browser because the project is not saved anywhere.

Each time I try to save or download, the saving progress bar gets stuck at 67% (it gets there very quickly and then nothing else ever happens).

Please help!

@Kylie3415610787lv totally do not, let me say it again, do not close it—instead, make sure you duplicate that tab there! 

Is it a large file? Can you merge a few layers to get that file size down a bit? How much file space do you online? 

Try to use the "Generate Link" or "Share for Review" button in the top right. If it generates a link, Adobe has successfully moved the data to a temporary server, and you can access that link from another browser (like Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Safari) to see if you can download it there for a local copy
