@Aleke I don't know what happened. I was about to uninstall and reinstall the printer in question, this morning. I was in a project folder and I right-clicked on and image and clicked on option in the dialog box and the printer settings for the new printer, opened. I closed it and clicked print. and the new printer, printed the image. I then, opened photoshop and open the project I was working on and try to access the printer settings of the new printer and to my surprise, it came up and I close
