Photoshop not working after installing Windows 11

I recently finally updated to windows 11 and now for some reason photoshop will not open. So far all of my other adobe programs will open and whenever I try to open photoshop all it gives me is the report error window. I have tried several different methods to get it to run.

It is updated to its latest version.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times.

I have tried adjusting the compatibility settings in its properties.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe CC

I have tried multiple different things so far and I am frustrated.

Note: I am currently trying to use an older version of Ps but certain options also lead to crashes, I cannot use the camera raw filter, the liquify filter, and most other filters

Please help me, I do a lot of my work through photoshop and this is severely hurting my work flow.

What's the exact error message?

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

We need also informations about your system. Which operationg system, how much RAM, which graphic device etc.

The best is to provide a copy of your 'System Info' if it's possible. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

If Photoshop doesn't start, you can also use the System info from another Adobe application like Lightroom.
