Creating a parent Album in Elements 2024 Organiser

I have updated from Elements 12 to elements 2024. Creating a parent or master album and them add sub albums to it was easy. This does not seem to be the case with elements 2024. I have searched the help advice and that indicated it can be done. Can anyone give me some advice in how to do this simple task?

In the left-hand Albums panel click the pull down menu (to the right of the + icon) and choose New Album Category.

Create a name for your parent album and click OK.

You should be able to drag and drop any regular album into the parent album.
