I am SO disapointed with the 2026 version of Photoshop Elements. I was forced to 'upgrade' when my new operating system no longer recognized my 2021 version, which I loved. This new version is CRAP. It crashes multiple times a day when I'm working on photos. So frustrating. And I cannot contact anyone from Adobe. Chat will end without ever connecting me to anyone, and I cannot find a number to call. Any ideas on how I can contact an actual person here?

@bethanypalmer23 you'd be better off posting on the Photoshop Elements forum

You were forced to upgrade when Apple killed off any program with 32 bit stuff in it- that's a 100% mac/apple thing.
Type in AGENT nore more, no less, Just AGENT in the place indicated after you click on the speech bubble.
Be able to include good descriptions of what exactly you are doing when the program "crashes", know exately what version, exactely, of Photoshop Elements you are running- the latest version is 26.2, have some screenshots ready too-- please don't take pictures of your screen with your phone- make actual screenshots.

I am having the same problem. I had a trial version of Photoshop Elements 2026. It crashed and did not save the photo edits at least 10 times last night and 5 times in the last hour.
Why would I want to purchase a copy of this program when it is unusable? After reading the other user's experience with crappy customer support, I can not understand how Adobe released a program that users can't use and can't get help trouble shooting.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
