Hallo,

ich habe Photoshop Elements 2022 und Premiere Elements 2022. 

Kann ich auf die Version 2026 upgraden, oder muss ich eine neue Vollversion kaufen?

You can purchase a three year license at the upgrade discount but the Black Friday sale  through thanksgiving to early December is possibly the best price.

Every version "Upgrade" is a new version-   most of the interface is the same, but with 2026 there are some AI features, new guided edits and new abilities.   If you install 2026 yourcopy of 2022 reamin untouched, 2026 is a brand new program.
