My Premiere Elements, ELements Organiser and Photoshop 2022 were working fine. I have just signed up to Premiere Pro and now they have all stopped working and showing an Error Code 11. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and cannot even don this now as Error Code 11.

Hi Kglad, Have tried this and did not get the 3rd Part - Access or Deny prompt when I launched Crative Cloud Desk top.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
restart your computer and retry.

Hi, DId this and noticed Client folder reappeared but tried to open apps and still Error 11

What do you mean "reset the cc app". I was thinking of upgrading to the 2025 editions, would this solve the problem? I will try your suggestion again but have done this so many times.

Hi Peru, To be honest I am not sure what worked, certainly none of the above. One minute I could not get Organiser, Photoshop or Premeire ELements to work, they displayed Error 11. I even tried downloading a new copy. THen it just started working again and no problems since. Sorry I cannot be more specific.
