Prel Managing the Timeline Window

Prel is a great app - but a couple annoyances drive me crazy. The biggest is the position of the timeline window. There is no way to save workarea layouts and it occasionally resets, so I often need to reposition that timeline window.  My Windows utility for remembeiing window size and position does not help because that window is not savable cause it has no title. What do people do about this?

Also, the dual monitor command is a joke because it ignores my dual monitor setup. And also, the Project Assets window keeps opening and getting in the way when I don't want it to. And a bunch of other little problems. Are these just annoyances that I have to live with?

Pretty much. There are a couple of issues that definitely need to be addressed.

Are you using the current version 2026 of the program? I'm not aware it has a Dual Monitor command. However, many of the individual work panels can be broken from the interface and arranged across your monitors as you'd like.

Your feature request of a Save Workspace feature is a common one. I hope Adobe addresses it in the next version.
