Premiere Pro Bera 26.1.1 will not open

Greetings, my Premiere Pro Beta 26.1.1 will not open.  I have tried holdind shift down and unchecking all options, and clearing the contents of Media Core.  I creaated a large project (3+ hours if video) in 26.1 Beta that I cannot open. My computer is Windows 11 pro, GeForce RTX 3070 with the latest drivers.  Any suggestions?

This  downgrade app described here worked with the project I had created with the 26 beta to allow it to be openedwith v25; Projects saved in v25.6.0 cannot be opened in other v25.x versions

I get a unsupported project version when I try to use it. Can't open any files that were saved last using the previous beta, which I believe was Beta 26.1. Running Macbook Pro M1 Max. Hopefully this can be resolved somehow.
