A small window that says Initializing...?

When starting premiere pro, a small window appears that says initialization and then starts project... it flies by quickly so I can't take a picture of that window...I haven't noticed that until now... does it appear to anyone else and what does it mean... and is it some kind of error, is it good or bad... thanks

It's normal, and nothing to worry about. Premiere Pro needs to initialize some hardware and drivers before it can do some things, and so we put up that progress window in case it takes a while; then you know something is happening. Most of the time though it's really quick.
