Film impact setting error

I cannot export a project.  When I open the project I see an error: Film impact setting error. When I look at it's details: Film Impact plugin intercommunication failed. Default settings will be used for this session.

How can I fix this problem?

This also happens to me. When I load any of film impact effects I get the same error. Im on the latest version of premiere.
