Premiere läuft nicht flüssig

Wenn ich das Interview anscahue dann hat mein Video verzögerung, es läuft nicht flüssig. Alle Programme ausser Premier Pro sind offen. Was kann ich da machen? Es ist ein Projekt den möchte ich nicht noch ein mal scheniden.

Does the exported video lag, or is the lag on the timeline?

Check the Audio Hardware Preferences. Default Audio Input should be set to No Input.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:
