If you have access to Premiere Pro, you can open your project there and reverse the clip.

In Premiere Rush, you should be able to have 7 tracks on the timeline: 4 video tracks and 3 audio-only tracks.

If you need more tracks, then you might want to try opening your project up in Premiere Pro for that too.
