Export RoboHelp content to XML

I am not a RoboHelp user but follow the forum because of my work with FrameMaker and XML. Is it possible to export RoboHelp content to XML? Is RoboHelp based on XHTML? Thank you.

RoboHelp is based on XHTML.

Content Only is an output option and exports the topics without a template in XHTML format. See https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Tour/rh2022/outputs/outputs_general.htm

I have not used so I can't speak for what you get.
