Konto gelöscht, Bild verkauft

Hallo, ich hatte Bilder bei Stock eingestellt. Später wollte ich die Mitgliedschaft beenden. Mein Konto habe ich gelöscht. Jetzt wurde aber ein Bild verkauft. Eine Mail über die Kontaktseite zeigt einen Fehler und verweist auf die Community. Kann mir jemand helfen, wie ich vorgehen kann, um ein Ende zu erwirken? Danke und viele Grüße hp

You cannot delete your account. If you wish to delete an account, you must contact contributor support. You do not get an email showing an error when an asset is sold. Please send a screen shot or give us more information about the error.
