Hello Adobe Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am an Adobe Stock Contributor, and I’m facing continuous issues with upload limits also submission limit on my account.
Whenever I try to upload images, my account gets restricted after just 30–40 uploads, and it shows a “limit reached” message. Yesterday, I attempted to upload around 2000 images, but Adobe only allowed 300–400 uploads before applying the limit again.
Even after not uploading for 3–4 months, when I tried to submit a larger batch, it still accepted only 60–70 images and again imposed the submission limit.
I want to understand:
Why is my account receiving such low upload limits?
Is there any way to increase my upload/submission capacity?
Is this behaviour normal for contributors, or is it specific to my account?
Please help me resolve this, as these restrictions are stopping me from working efficiently.
Thank you.
Different accounts have different limits. Adobe has not revealed the parameters they use to determine your limits, but it possibly has to do with sales levels and perhaps acceptance rate. One thing we are certain of - Adobe DOES NOT want anyone to submit 2,000 images at a time! Adobe has always recommended a "slow but steady" approach to submissions. Small batches are preferable. You can upload as many as you want and prepare them for submission by adding titles and keywords, then check back dai

Stock prefers contributors to use a slow & steady approach to avoid backlogs. It makes the review process better for everyone.
Users have weekly & maximum limits.
Be more selective about what you upload.
Stock customers expect assets for commercial use. See your Contributor User Guide for more tips.
Hope that helps.

Compared to previous complaints we've seen on this forum, you've been able to submit more images than others who have posted here about their own limits.
Is there any way to increase my upload/submission capacity?
No. Limits were imposed a few months ago due to contributors (particularly AI contributors) posting excessive numbers of submissions.

Whatever your limits are, I can't imagine to have 2000 assets fully checked with all errors cleaned-up. When I have 20 images to upload and submit in a week's session I'm happy.
The upload limit is for you a chance to select and submit only your best pictures. The restrictions have been imposed, because people were submitting unrestrictitly unvetted assets filling up the moderation queue with too many bad assets. That did put a high strain on the moderation team and lead to too many bad assets to be accepted.
