Hello Adobe Stock Support,

I am unable to verify my account because I am not receiving the verification code. Every time I try, I encounter an error with my phone number. I have already provided all required details.

My problem: I cannot verify my phone number in Pakistan for my Adobe Stock Contributor account. I have tried multiple times and with different networks, but I never receive the verification code.

What I need: Please escalate this issue to the Adobe Stock Contributor Support team or create a support ticket on my behalf. I want them to manually verify my phone number or provide an alternative method to activate my Contributor account.

Important details:

My country: Pakistan

Phone number is valid and active

I have tried all troubleshooting steps

Email verification is already completed

This issue is urgent and needs to be resolved today. Please escalate immediately and provide a solution without further delay.

You are not addressing Adobe in this forum.
There are several reports of verification problems for certain countries. It may be that Pakistan is one of those countries. You need to contact contributor-support@adobe.com for assistance .
