Read your Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement, which explains that some of our images are offered to other vendors via an API agreement. You'll receive your standard royalty when images are licensed through those channels.

The same way you always do. You go to your Dashboard page, and if your accumulated royalties have exceeded $25 you request a payout.

You have to request the payment; it will not be sent to you automatically. After you receive the payment, then ask Adobe to delete your account.

You can't personally delete your account. You need to request that Adobe delete it. I'm not sure if you need to reach the minimum payout requirements in that case. Contact contributor support with your request and Adobe can direct you on what steps you need to take with respect to a payout.

We have no knowledge about who buys our photos. Partner websites (sites like Europosters) who use the Adobe API, increase the chances of our assets being sold to a larger audiance.
API partners (like print-on-demand services) use the Adobe Stock API to license images directly from Adobe's collection.
When an image is licensed through a partner via the API, it counts as a regular sale. Your royalty is still calculated as 33% of the net price of the license the partner purchases from Adobe, as governed by your Contributor Agreement.
A larger list of suchprint-on-demand partners can be found on my portfolio shop page.

Ask them to delete your account! (do not use the e-mail).
Your tax form needs to be aproved and your payout agent (PAYPAL or similar) needs to be entered.
(And to the least: your reaction to the API partners is completely irrational. You are selling licences of your pictures. The customers of Europosters are buying those, to get your picture as a wall print in their living room. You get paid. Where is the problem?)
