Adobe Stock license query

Hi All,

first time posting in the community.

I licensed a stock image under the standard version. Made some tweaks to it and added my own text.

The account is under my own personal business, but the image is going to be used on a charities website which i am a part of.

Now, i'd like to purchase the extended license which will be used on the website, including promotional material and or merchandise.

will this image after purchasing the extended license belong to me only?
