My account has been active for years and I have not used my 10 image download for months now.

I see that I only the 10 credits and none of my previous credits are active.

What could be the issue?

If I understand you well, you have a subscription of 10 images per month and you did not use your contigent for some time?

The ten images per month pile up for a stock of 120 unused credits in a year. After that the oldest contingent will expire, so the maximum of credits available is 120.
