Adobe Stock plan prices and cancelation fees are confusing

I have been charged $30 for adobe stock membership that I didn't sign up for. I tried a free sample for 10 pictures but your advertising and policies are so tricky that now I want to cancel this plan and the cancelation fee is $50!!!! this should be illegal!
 
Can someone please help me to cancel this.  My business is on hold right now and this whole situation just seems not fair.
I can believe that there is no way to actually be in contact with the support center in this company. When you have smaller companies like squarespace with assistance 24/7 and it took me a while to understand that I have to join a forum and pray that someone will answer my request!!!

On that site, there should be a circle with a speech bubble in it on the right hand side (see example image below). Clicking it will initiate a Chat.
