So, I am new to Adobe Stock so pardon my ignorance. How do I purchase a stock image and download it without the adobe stock watermark?

You must license the image to use it.  The preview versions are all watermarked.  That's not what you want.  The licensed version should be saved to your Creative Cloud library.

Right. So as part of my license allowance for the month, I bought a standard license for the image. Now, what do I do?--
