Being charged for Stock subscription but cannot access Adobe Stock .. school account

In April 2020 I accessed and downloaded Creative Cloud apps from my school districts resource page. At that time I was able to "see" Adobe Stock and picked up a couple of images there as part of a trial.  

I did not go back until recently and now find that I have been charged monthly AND I cannot access Stock because it is not part of my school's subscription...... Looking for a place to cancel, cannot even find my credit card info..... Not sure what happened and no luck with the phone number on my credit card statement.

Well,

As it turns out, your conclusion was correct. I do have two accounts: free school account and paid personal account. The rep I finally was able to contact when I googled for a phone number helped me figure out what happened.

It was COVID related ... 😳 This was me for weeks and weeks. I was in a fog. Did not write down info I needed to backtrack to what I had done and when I saw the charges ... after months of not accessing account, I was so surprised. But now I see what happened, though I still don't really remember the details. --- Was so happy to see the images I had found back in April.
