Can I purchase credits to buy audio?

I found a song that works great for a video, and I would like to purchase just one song without having a full blown monthly subscription. I don't see a price anywhere if I want to just buy one audio track outright. Can I purchase Adobe Stock credits to use to buy this audio track?
