I accidentally purchased a 16-credit pack on my own credit card instead of the company credit card because my credit card details were stored on my account.
My company has now purchased the same credit pack minutes later but the online chat support say they can't refund me.
Seems a bit harsh. I contacted them straight away. Can anyone offer any tips to get my money back?
Also, the customer help phone number doesn't seem to work.
