First time submitter "technical issues" quality

Hello, this was my first submission to stock and it was rejected for techincal issues. Could I please get a little feedback? I am also new to ligthroom so I'm sure there are some editing issues done or not done as well.

Can you post a larger size? At this resolution, it is very hard to tell and give advice on! Could be your colour temperature though. That is a common problem
