Hello,
I have 2 question about migration from fotolia to Adobe Stock,
I did transfer my Fotolia account to Adobe Stock today. In fact I'm not completly sure if everything went ok. Migration stucked on progress bar screen, but after refreshing the page I saw that I have my data in Adobe Stock but i realised that I have two profiles in Adobe Stock. Now I have one profile called personal with all my libraries and downloads from Fotolia and second with my company name which is empty (I was logged in to Adobe Account (I"m using Addobe CC applications) while transfer was started so i wasn't asked about anything (creating or log in to Adobe Stock account) during transfer).
Is it ok to have two profile in Adobe Stock on one account ?
After migrating from fotolia to Adobe Stock what happend with my fotolia subscription plan which I was paying monthly since many years? will it be moved to adobe stock like my not used downloads or do I have to buy adobe stock subscription plan? I can't find any information about that anywhere.
Kind regards,
Slawomir Wielich

Hi E.,
Thank you for posting your questions to the Adobe Stock Forums. I reviewed your record under the Adobe ID you are using on the forums. It does appear that you successfully migrated your Fotolia account to Adobe Stock. Your license history has been successfully transferred and you have 548 downloads/licenses available now.
Regarding your Fotolia subscription, it is currently set to auto-renew, which means that it will renew again on October 25 and all new downloads will be automatically converted x 2 and added under your personal entitlement on Adobe Stock.
As you mention the reason you are seeing two profiles is because one is for your personal entitlement and the other is for your business/team entitlement. This is expected.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your answere,
I have another two question 🙂
What will happaend with my fotolia subscription plan after 5th of November? (when Fotolia will be shut down) Will it be transfered to Adobe Stock or will I have to buy Adobe Stock Plan?
Is it possible to combine in one my both profiles as MK-ADVICE (personal and MK-ADVICE) as everything in my Adobe Stock is connected with my business. On Fotolia I have also business account. In the future I will need invoices for all purchases on Adobe Stock.
Regards
S.Wielich

It was 100% business subscription with monthly invoice for my company. Fotolia account was registerd for my company.
My Adobe account is also business account so I have no idea why fotolia account was transfered to Adobe Stock as personal account???

Thank you. I am not the Fotolia Migration expert, and am not entirely familiar with the migration process. I will set a reminder to check with my colleagues Monday morning.

Hi E.,
Yes, I have shared your request with my colleague and he is going to revert the migration from your personal account and move it to your business account.
I'll let you know when this has been completed.

Hi E.!
The transfer has been completed. Please sign out of Adobe Stock in your browser, clear your browser history and sign back in. You should see the name of your business on the Adobe Stock site after signing in. If you do not then please select it under your profile.
Please let us know if you require further assistance.

One more question left
What will happened with my fotolia subscription plan after 5th of November? (when Fotolia will be shut down) Will it be transfered to Adobe Stock or will I have to buy Adobe Stock Plan?

From my colleague:
All Fotolia subscriptions set to auto-renewal will renew for a maximum of 6 more months after the Fotolia closure (Nov 5th), so if you leave everything as it is right now, your subscription will continue renewing until June. Once the plan expires you will still have 1 more year to use up any remaining downloads in the account.
Additionally, if you buy a new subscription on Adobe Stock while the Fotolia subcription is still active, the new subscription will end the old Fotolia one.

So as long as the subscription plan on fotolia will be renewed I will receive free downloads which will be automaticaly transferd to Adobe Stock ?
After Fotolia account transfer to Adobe Stock which i made there was a promotion on blue info bar just below adobestock site banner with info that If I have active subscription plan on fotolia I can buy Adobe Stock plan with 33% (or more) discount but now it is gone after your collegue revert the migration from my personal account and move it to my business account, can you bring back this promotion ?
I was considering this option as it was quite a good deal.

Hi S.,
I checked with folks that work on the Fotolia side of things and was told that there is no discount for team/business entitlement since current offer is a very good deal. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.

So I wanted to clarify that if someone hhas already migrated to Stock and for example they have 100 migrated licenses to Stock and if they cancel stock after using the trial, will the migrated fotolia licences lapse or not or will they continue for the usual 12 months?

The licenses should be available for 12 months. Additionally, if you migrate to Stock,, you can get discount for Adobe Stock Plan. It is better to contact Adobe Support they answering fast and have knowledge about all things connected with migration to Stock. Contact with Support helped me to solve the problem. Here you can get just incomplete information, and not everything is accurate. I was told that there is no discount for Adobe Stock Plan, but there was :-).
