Hello. Our company belongs to a group of companies owned by a holding. Can all subsidiaries use the images if the parent company (holding) has an Adobe Stock account and purchases images from there? Or is it just legal for the respective company itself?

That's a difficult question to answer like this on a forum. I would suggest that you ask that question your legal advisor.

We have in a case like this licensed a bunch of pictures on our own to be able to use the same as our parent company.

What is, however possible, IMHO without me being a lawyer, is that the subscription of the parent company is used to license pictures that are used in different entities. If you want to use the picture in two entities, you license twice. It's kind of analogue to an agency which buys assets for use with a client's project.

In any case, all entities need to be aware of the license terms and restrictions.
