Licensed Image Accidentally

I was trying to find the image I thought I had licensed yesterday to add to my library and licensed one that looked just like it by mistake.  I now have 2 nearly identical images.  Is there anyway to undo this?

I see you have an Adobe account with the same ID as with forums, however, I wasn't able to find any Stock licenses image. 

Are you using the same ID? If it's a different ID kindly share that in a private message so that I can help you.
