I am working on a design that a client currently has. The previous designer has used a Adobe Stock Vector graphic. Does my client now own the rights to that vector graphic? Can more than one designer have an extended license for the vector graphic? I also see this same vector graphic on other Stock Images companies. I want to be able to say the correct details to the current customer. The vector graphic is being used by the client as a logo and decal for their trailers. The client wants to tweak the vector file to their liking. Please help soon!
