I created a library of images to share with my team - but when I attemped to share the folder using the 'Send Library Link' I received this message when I selected the option "Public: Share a link to provide read-only access." Here is the message received: "Sorry - something went wrong. Please close this page and try again."
Well - I did try again and on several days - but still the same message.
Then - I figured I'd download preview images and share them with my team via Google Drive. Well, I was only able to download 16 images - then was unable to download any more. I had to copy the number from the remaining images and share with my team.
This is NOT a good alernative option. It seems that something is broken and needs to be fixed!
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue. Can you give me some more information? So you are on the site in your account and attempting to go to the Send Library Links option? Can you tell me what kind of computer (Windows or Mac) and what browser you are using? Have you tried another computer or browser?
Hopefully we can get this working for you as I know downloading or sending id numbers is cumbersome.
