Missing unused Adobe Stock credits

Hi,

yesterday I've bought a new Adobe Stock credits pack (40). The transaction went through normally and I've received my credits (blue square in the top right corner saying that I have 42 credits).

Today I wanted to get some graphics from the stock and I've noticed that all of my credits are gone.
I've checked the licence history, but no credits were used after yesterday's purchase. I've checked my admin console and even there it says that I still have all of the 40 credits from the last purchase.
But I can't download any stock assets.

I've noticed that there's an ongoing update atm on some Adobe services, that might cause some issues, but none of the updates seemed to be connected to Adobe Stock services,

Anyone knows what's going and/or could help me?

Hi Creanest_Team,

You have two profiles available on the Adobe Stock website, one for your organization/company and a personal profile. From what you describe you are viewing your personal profile. After signing into the website please click your name at the top of the page and open the profile menu. Choose your company name. You will see your credits and your team's license history.

If you still don't see your credits let me know.
