I have been all over https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html  - it is a page with a ton of FAQs on it and for the life of me there is simply no way on that page to contact Adobe directly, nor do I see any reference to "chat" as mensioned in the reply. Surely there must be a way to contact Adobe. It is rather disconserting that I am paying for a service that has not been working for 3 months. Can you please access my account and mail me a solution or contact that can assisst since Adobe does not offer any direct contacts on its support page.

That support page does not function well in Chrome ... used MS Edge and the chat wwindow worked.
