i have a student plan in creative cloud, whene i want to Buy image from Stock i get message that incluod:

"Online Licenses Not Available in Your Region

You may search and save preview files, but cannot license them via our online store.

Please see your nearest Adobe reseller to purchase an Adobe Stock plan for Creative Cloud Teams.

and when i sign in from browser i get the message "Continue and we'll pick up where we left off."
and the first message was appear again

so i can't buy any image, can you help me?
