It takes FOREVER to simply get through a session of downloading Stock and last thing I feel like doing right now is going through a session with support but I have not choice! I'm too frustrated right now to bother with that even!  Sessions times out, requires me to relog in over and over and over!  I've been at this all day today and it's ridiculous!  This is ridiculous Adobe.  I'll contact support during the week when I'm not so upset ..... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Sorry about your troubles.

I can say that downloading performance is normal and there is no special lag. However, there is (probably still) a known issue with libraries containing a lot of assets (100+). The solution to this is to split the libraries into smaller junks.

Hi AriesStar,

I'm sorry you are having trouble with downloads. I'm going to guess that you are downloading from your browser. Let us know if this is not the case.

  1. Clear your browser history and restart your browser.
  2. If you have any browser extensions or plug-ins, disable them. It may be one or more extension causing the issue. You may have to use trial and error to find the culprit. Anti-virus is often a cause.
  3. Is the issue occurring when you download to a particular library or all libraries? If it's one particular library try saving to a new library.

Please let us know what you discover, your reply can help others.
