¿Por qué Adobe Stock me dice: "Tu equipo no dispone de créditos suficientes para este activo."?

Hola buenos días. Cuando se me entregaron las licencias de Adobe Photoshop e Illustrator recibí un mail de bienvenida que decía " incluye acceso ilimitado a imágenes estándar de Adobe Stock." Inicialmente pude disfrutar del servicio, y en las imágenes estándar aparecía un mensaje de "incluído en tu plan". Sin embargo ya no cuento con el servicio y ahora obtendo el mensaje "Tu equipo no dispone de créditos suficientes para este activo.". ¿Significa que superé un límite mensual, que ya no tengo el acceso ilimitado mencionado en el correo de bienvenida? Agradezco mucho su respuesta.

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID that you are using on the forums. Is it possible you have another Adobe ID that may be associated with your Adobe Stock subscription?

Hi, thanks for answering. 

The adobe ID I'm using is: [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] The licenses were given to me on january 18 and from that day I was able to download standard images from Adobe Stock, until now. It is possible that I was on a free trial or that my license provider change the license terms?

As I say, the welcome mail I received said that I was getting unlimited adobe stock standard images.
