Stuck in an eternal loop trying to buy stock

I have tried to purchase an Adobe Stock 150 credit pack, but I am getting the message :

Your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate it.

I update my payment details (although the current ones were perfectly fine), and it then just tells me I need to reactivate my plan, and to enter my card details. I do so again, and then it tells me ;

We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser.

Different browser, same result. Adobe, if you want my Ā£720 I am hoping this can be fixed in the next hour, otherwise i'll buy a bundle elsewhere.  Its not the first time I have dad hassles licencing.

Thanks

Craig

Yep - looks like its my personal Adobe account that has problems with contacting support, licencing stock. If I log in with my work Adobe ID all is fine
