Substance Painter crashes when I open a recent save, this has only stared after I updated to 11.0.0

Ever since I updated Substance Painter to the latest version (11.0.0) I haven't been able to open my recent project, doing so causes the program to crash.

Is the issue still occuring with 11.1.1 update?
