Update to the above: any selection of fonts with the type tool resulted in an error after Sameer's fix. The icons in the left hand panel also disappeared intermittently. Tried all the usual fixes of clearing font caches, preferences etc, hiding font previews, to no avail. However, reverting to either 25.0 or 25.12.1 fixed the issue completely. 26.3 still had the problem.

This is likely a non-issue, but I would like to understand more about what you see. Please share a set of screenshots with specific detailed steps you take. Is the contextual menu bar missing? Does this happen after you reset the Crop tool once?

I have a Wacom Intuous tablet on my home computing setup. It's very frustrating to navigate the fonts list in the Creative Cloud Desktop App using a Wacom pen. The scroll bar just never stays visible and click-able. The thing just peeks out briefly and then hides. The only way I can scroll through the fonts list is by using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

Could we have a big fat chunky scroll bar for the fonts list in the CC app as per other pages in the app please. Im exporting a file to a USB sick, if I plug the usb stick in while the export dialogue is open the import window is trying to open and causes lightroom to become unresponsive. I realise that you can turn off the "show import dialogue when card inserted" in the prefs, and this will prevent the issue, but feel that it needs to be made so that the import dialogue cant launch while you have the export dialogue open. I dont remember this happening in previous versions bar the last couple . This is still a problem and it comes from the Generative Expand feature in firefly itself... Sadly, i can't use Firefly's brilliant API until this is fixed or brought to a better state. It seems that Adobe is trying to create a soft mask to make the transition between the generated content and the original less obvious but the colour difference is still there. If you print any of these artworks you will 100% see a very nasty variance!

@MHaynes try this: Simple reset in Photoshopo printing : hold the space bar when you open the print window. It resets the print dialogs
does that hekp?

The random color pixels along the edge of the canvas that appear only at certain zoom levels are likely a graphical glitch related to how the user interface renders at those specific zoom settings. Since they’re not part of the file itself, it’s not a major issue with your project, but more of an anomaly with the UI in the beta. These kinds of bugs are typically addressed in future updates, so reporting it helps the development team fix it before the final release. Keep an eye out for any patch updates—they should resolve it!

Dont do it, youll be bored senseless, what you going to do instead of posting to forums, deleting preferances, downloading the latest GPU driver, watching the 100MB download bar of software that still has the same issuses included as when it was in Beta. The anticipation and excitement of whats going and not going to work after each new version. Youll miss out on all that! Might have to some photography or photo editing to fill the your new free time. Seriously, I think the AI will kill photoshop, I find I use third party software more and more now. The Adobe software doesnt feel like a tool anymore, its more like a hobby to keep it working.

I recommend Clip Studio Paint. As drawing tool it's better then Photoshop,but worse as photo editing tool. Works amazing on Galaxy tablets

so I closed out the app and now the app won't load up now. By that do you mean: In LrC, slect /File/Exit (Ok) In LrC, at the top right corner, clicked on the X (Close) (Ok) Down in the Task Manager, the Task Bar, right clicked on the LrC icon, and selected Close Window (Ok if LrC is behaving, not Ok if lrC is misbehaving) Somehow crashed LrC (Not OK)

I agree that there’s no reason to update them all right now. I tend to update the Process Version only for old photos I want to re-edit and improve using newer features.
And that leads to something you might keep in mind. The Develop panel had different, fewer features in old Process Versions, so a question that gets posted here sometimes is “How come Lightroom Classic isn’t showing me the [some cool feature they read about]?” The answer often is “Check the Process Version of the image and update it if necessary.”
So if one day in the future you’re puzzled because you want to use an option and it’s missing, see if that image’s Process Version needs to be updated.

Been waiting for lightroom to restart during the catalogue optimisation process for about 10 mins now. Looking at task manager lightroom is still very active in background and accessing one of my HDDs. See below. What is it doing? The HDD being read is just where photos are stored, catalogue is on a seperate ssd (L) which back ups are written to as well . Is it safe to shut down the PC during the period Im waiting for lightroom to relaunch itself? If this is normal behaviour?, shouldnt there be some indication that the programe is still active in the background during this phase of the process?

@Lenanard, I looked at the crash logs again. This is the only crash report type you've submitted. I also noticed that you have not submitted a crash report against version 13.3. Please update, and if you are crashing under the current, submit fresh crash reports. It is not unusual for bugs and hardware issues related to GPU to manifest under Lightroom before all other applications, as Lightroom uses GPU and systems intensively.
