@ruby_8007,   Text-based editing with multicam sequences may not work as you expect, but I can't find my notes at the moment.   But I think Kevin is right: this is an extract vs lift issue. I am assuming you are selecting a section of transcript (with the automatically set in/out points set in the Text panel) and then hitting the Delete key. This is the same as using the semicolon shortcut: it EXTRACTS the selected text (and video/audio) and leaves a "hole" in the clip. The shortcut for LIFT is the apostrophe key. It will ripple delete.   You can also use the extract/lift icons in the Text panel or in the Program monitor.   If this doesn't make sense or does not work correctly for you, post back and we'll get it sorted. I think the problem occurred after installing iOS 18.3.1 because it was working fine until then. I can’t uninstall the app because I have several projects and hours of work in it, and I need those projects as soon as possible while also wanting to keep them. Besides, according to the comments, uninstalling doesn’t help anyway. However, I still need the app because I edit videos almost every day, and I recently paid for the extended version, which I’m not happy about if the app doesn’t work. There are more users experiencing the same issue, so maybe the technicians could start looking into a possible connection with the new iOS update. This problem needs to be resolved quickly. ... March 11, 2025 I think I found a temporary solution. I have no idea how but it works for some reason   First open media encoder -> add the clip in queue -> click play. (The output file is in mp4 and it does not have audio) Create a new premiere file -> add the MTS clip (not the mp4 file you just got from media encoder) and your audio should now be synced. Then export. You must create a new premiere file for each clip with the delayed audio.  ONLY import ONE clip at a time.     ... View more

I am having the exact same problem. This post was from Nov. 2024, so it does not look like it has been fixed in updates, as I am running the most current version of Premiere. What I have found is like the original poster AV0101 that I can not make it work from Premiere. If I send the render over to Media Encoder and select "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only" from the Renderer (as opposed to "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Metal) - Recommended"), then it will work. Thus it appears to have something to do with Premiere's ouput via the GPU Acceleration. When I import any of these "corrupt" files into Premiere,  I too, get green digital corruption. When open them in QT, I get no video data in the file, but no green digital corruption. However, when I import them into programs like Resolve or VLC, they appear fine. Perhaps it is a metadata issue that Premiere is writing on export using GPU exceleration, such that the files are flagged in some programs and not others? Either way this needs to be fixed.   ... Ok, I'll make it a quarter update then, since no one's paying attention. Premiere Pro 25.1 (73), NV Studio Drivers 572.60. This bug is going nowhere, no matter what Drivers or Software versions I use. No matter what media it is. It just happens almost once every edit. I would press Shift at Launch and try options in the Reset Options dialog box, especially resetting preferences and deleting the media cache.
