Aggressive Email Claiming to Want to Consolidate Adobe Accts - Scam?

Hello! My first post here...!

I did a little looking around and found some older questions about this from 2021, and 2022, but nothing matching my situation.

I have received multiple emails from different individuals ' from Adobe' at my work email address requesting to help us consolidate Adobe accounts we have, but that are in different departments using different methods of payment, according to each department's budget, need, etc..  The emails have been from different, seemingly random people, as if there is not a specific ' account rep' assigned to this task, but rather, random people saying they are our account rep.

A recent email was a little aggressive in wanting to book a Teams meeting, and even went so far as to copy as many people from my company as they could presumably find from a data mining website(??), which I have found plenty of on the web.  They got a few email addresses correct, but the majority were guesses and names I've never heard of.

Is this a scam?  I'm attaching a few screen grabs so you can see the lengths to which this individual has gone to appear legit.  OR, maybe it is legit?  If it is, then I have to say it seems WAY less couth than Adobe is known for.  Like, swarthy and creepy.

My SCAM radar is going off.  Am I worrying about nothing and this is indeed legit?

See attached:

1. the email itself

2. the email subject citing an account ID that I cannot find

3. quick google search of the phone number in the email yields many results NOT adobe

THANK YOU for any input.

That Adobe employee in your email indeed works for Adobe (example), so this could be legit. However, in this day and age, you can never be 100% for certain. Emails can be spoofed.

If you are in doubt, please consider forwarding these emails to Adobe's Phishing Team:

Thank you for your reply!  I really appreciate your input!

You're correct, it appears a Neeraj Gupta does work for Adobe.  But, I'm not sure why an AWS cloud engineer would be emailing me to help consolidate multiple company Adobe accounts.  It seems like this would be outside the Cloud Engineering department scope.  My guess is that someone is borrowing his name...?

Oh, also, I did send an email to the Adobe fraud prevention email you shared.  Thank you!  I'll post back with whatever I find out.

Thank you for your input on this!

I reported it to the Adobe fraud prevention group, so we'll see what comes of it.  I might dig up the other emails I've gotten from ' Adobe' ( in quotes because I'm still not convinced I'm dealing with Adobe, but rather, sammers) and share those with fraud prevention, as well.

Any update on this?  I am also getting a very aggressive person from Adobe emailing me the same.  (And LinkedIn profiles can be faked easily.)  Thank you!
