Hello,

I recieved an unexpected $31.86 charge on my credit card.  I reviewed my account and found no "active plans" and the last listed charges/invoices were acrobat DC in 12/2020 and the photography plan 5/2020.  Those were both canceled successfully in 2020.

I do not know where this new charge originated from.  I reviewed my activity with adobe 12 months ago and cannot find any annual subscriptions I activated.

I would like a refund.

Thank you,

Rick

  • Did you order Acrobat for a mobile device from Google Play or Apple Store?
  • Do you have a second Adobe account under another email address?
  • Did you have family members who may have ordered with that card?

If you're certain you or a family member didn't order anything, contact your bank/cc company. Your account may have been compromised.
