I have an Acrobat X Standard CD but my new computer doesn't have a CD player and the old one is fried.
I was looking to download a copy of it from Adobe but I can't find where to download from. Any help would be appreciated.
P.S.: I don't want to download it from a random site.
Unfortunately you can't- or at least I don't see it. I would appreciate a direct link if possible. Thanks
Adobe are moving away from public downloads of old software. Plug in CD drives are easy to use.
The standalone installers for both macOS and Windows are still available here:

This link did worked for me, thank you very much kbradely3. I got same problem, I do have serial number for my X standard but lost the CD. I am glad this worked well. My adobe X standard is now installed and working properly. Thanks from Toronto Canada
Hi Kbradley3, Thanks for helping us having the Product Key No. but did not keep the Installer file. My Acrobat X(10) is Pro not standard, would you be able to provide the link for Pro as well? Thank you for your time.

Did you ever find the executable file for Pro X? I also have the serial number but cannot find the installer file...
Claudia, yes people did find the download. They followed the link given to ProDesignTools, and followed the instructions EXACTLY. However, it may be too late now.
That's not actually a question, Roushan.
