Downloading Illustrator CS6 version 16.0.3

Hello,

I want to get a download a copy of Adobe Illustrator CS6 version 16.0.3 on one of my computers (2015 Macbook). The same version is on my other computer.

The only download link I could find is the one below. It gives me version 16.0.0 which is non-retina, and not optimized for my Macbook. Can anyone point me towards the right version of Illustrator?

At some point in the past (I don't know the exact date) Adobe "merged" the original update manager into the Cloud update manager, which means you are no longer using your original update manager

I have read some messages that the latest (Cloud) updater sometimes doesn't work with old programs... Try installing your updates manually

Updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

Hi John,

Thanks for the response. I just tried the update for 16.0.3 and saw this error dialog. I also tried the a couple updates (16.0.1, 16.0.4), but

got the same result. I also dowloaded the "Adobe Application Manger" it linked to (takes to the Creative Cloud application download page). Do you know how to fix?

CS6 and earlier programs HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED AND WILL NOT BE UPDATED for Mac El Capitan or newer operating systems

-which means that you try to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems due to Apple updates

-Apple did not maintain backward compatibility with old programs in El Capitan or newer operating systems

--Adobe has a workaround to Apple's problem of not maintaining backward compatibility

im triyng to find the download link for illustrator cs6 version 16.0.3! but in the link nothing appears to happen. i get redirect. so anybody csn provide that version ?
