Hi! We have an issue that you may be able to help us solve.
We have just purchased a Creative Cloud All Apps licence, but have issues with installing this in a Windows PC.
During installation, it redirects multiple times to the sign in page (where we logged in successfully).
After that, we got the error:
"The installer cannot download Creative Cloud because Adobe's servers aren't reachable. Check the Adobe status page for an outage and retry the installation later. (Error code: 206)"
We have checked and applied the solutions in the troubleshooting section (like https://helpx.adobe.com/gr_en/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck-advanced.html) but nothing seemed to work.
We were constantly receiving the same error message.
Any ideas on what may be wrong?
Thanks!

Digtalb1 and Akis72, Error 206 indicates that the computer is unable to access the necessary servers. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error206 for steps you can take to resolve the error.

Ok I fix this issue, you need to dowload the Creative cloud with a different way
I found a video on youtube that fixed a different issue but at the same time when I try this fix I fixed my own issue 206 code
this is the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tN8zbwwVpU
this is the download link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
For my case I click this button
Before you watch the video remember to download a zip file for your (OS) and then for the W10 in my case I extract the files and run the Set-up.exe this will install the Creative cloud and them you can install the app of your choice
Good luck 😉

Same problem for me. Adobe CCand all apps stopped working. Having done a complete clean and reinstall. I get the same error (20^) and can't install CC for desktop. None of the soutions on this page work, even the off brand ones on Youtube. I spent 45 mins with Adobe customer support who took over and controlled my computer, but they were unable to fix it. Adobe said it was my internet connection however I tethered to my phone, bypassing my router and still it wouldn't work.
Is anyone else still unable to resolve this or am I in a lonley category of one?

Thanks - were you also on a PC? I have followed these steps on my Mac and it didn't work 😞
UPDATE - had an Adobe engineer controlling my computer for about an hour again. His final solution:
"Reinstall your operating system"
So that is what I am up to right now... would have thought there was a more elegant solution than basically wiping my computer to get software working. Such a waste of time.
Hopefuly this will work though!

It's on the laptop with Windows...
Well, it's drastic solution to reinstall the whole system...
Wishing you good luck, that it might help!
But I'm wondering why this problem occurs recently to many people, the CC disappears and nothing works...

Julia5C83, I am sorry for any confusion, but if you are attempting to overcome Error 206, by downloading the installation files, and then installing locally, then the issue is unresolved. Error 206 indicates the computer is unable to connect to the necessary servers. You will encounter the error when the next update is released and you may also encounter problems using the services included with an individual Creative Cloud membership.
To use an individual Creative Cloud membership, then please make sure the computer has access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html. For more information on Error 206 see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error206.
For future viewers, this discussion is only relevant to individual members who have full control of the network and computer they are installing on.
If you are on a managed network or have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership, then please post to the Enterprise & Teams forum at https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/bd-p/enterprise-and-teams?page=1&sort=latest_replies...and make sure to contact your organizations Creative Cloud administrator.
