- Please go to www.adobe.com
- Click Support, it will open various support options like Help Center, Adobe Forums, Enterprise Support, Download & Install and Contact Us.
- To initiate a chat, click Contact Us.
4. It will open a small window as shown below on the bottom right of the computer screen. Choose Using my product in case you have any query related to a specific product.
5. On the next screen choose the product and you will be able to initiate the chat session with Adobe support team.
